Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to OPD patients.
  • Carry out and supervise the diagnostic procedures on patients.
  • Responsible for providing continuous care to the patient from admission till the time patient is discharged from the hospital.
  • Able to manage emergencies and ICU.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in clinical practice.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration.
  • Reviewing slides and reports.
  • Ensuring turnaround time of laboratory tests.
  • Making standard operating procedures for tests.
  • Conducting training sessions/ seminars for staff.
  • Managing human resources.
  • Managing materials & resources.
  • Monitoring actual consumption of stocks versus the number of tests performed.
  • Ensuring competitive market price of tests through effective management of materials and resources.
  • Resolution of technical queries from patients, doctors and collection centers.

Job Overview/ statements of duties:

  • Provide leadership to the project staff.
  • Overall and day-to-day management of project activities.
  • Organizing meetings/seminars/workshops and training.
  • Organizing field work for project activities.
  • Meeting with various stake holders, government functionaries and private practitioners, and liaising with them for implementation of the project.
  • Conduct, supervise and support pertinent literature searches, documentation and preparation of tools for data collection.

Competencies/ Skill sets required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Medical / Management with Post Graduation in Public Health/Preventive & Social Medicine/Allied development field/ PGDPHM/ Hospital Management.
  • Computer skills and presentation skills are mandatory.
  • Candidate should have a good command over spoken and written English, Hindi and spoken and written Gujarati.
  • Demonstrable writing and data analytical skills and past research experience, experience with EPI INFO and other similar statistical package.

At least 5-7 years of research and project management experience, preferably in the field of Communicable/ Non-Communicable Diseases /National Health Programme.

  • Documentation of all expenditures of all field staff, meetings, and other project activities.
  • Looking after routine office work, employee attendance, field visits, maintenance of office assets.
  • Any other duty assigned by Project Manager.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate Preferably in Commerce.
  • Excellent skill in working over Tally and other accounts packages.
  • Typing speed of minimum 25 words/minute in Gujarati / English.
  • Functional knowledge of latest MS Office package with excellent command over text documentation.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum three years of employment/ self-employment experience with demonstrable skills of the job.

  • M & E Assistant will be responsible for work related to monitoring of the project activities.
  • Data entry of performance reports, both technical and administrative.
  • Generation / Preparation of all periodic reports.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate Preferably in any discipline.
  • Typing speed of minimum 25 words/minute in Gujarati / English.
  • Functional knowledge of latest MS Office package with excellent command over text documentation
  • Proficiency in internet access.

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of excel data sheet, MS Access and Epi Info preffered.

  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum three years work experience in health related project after graduation.
  • Ability to support the development of culturally appropriate practices and procedures.
  • Experience in working with community in any supportive setting.
  • Fluency in English and Gujarati.

Experience:
